This south facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is Air Conditioned/Heated. Whilst being luxurious & spacious its 1st floor location enables breath taking Sea & Mountain views and is ideally situated in the heart of Golf Valley, Marbella, Nueva Andalucia.

The Master Bedroom consists of wall length fitted wardrobes and drawers, 2 bed side tables with reading lights and a security fitted safe.The en-suite is fully fitted with a shower, bath, twin sink unit, toilet and bidet with marble heated flooring through out. The double patio doors lead out onto the huge terrace complete with a lounging and dining area.

The Lounge/Diner also has marble heated flooring throughout. With a large L-shaped sofa over looking the terrace you could choose to watch Sky TV, Dvd's or just sit back and listen to Music and look at the breath taking views!

The kitchen is fully integrated and consists of an electric fan oven/grill, electric hobbs, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has a complete range of cooking utensils catering for a 3 course romantic meal or simply for a quick snack out on the terrace!

The second bedroom is of similar size to the Master bedroom and also consists of wall length fitted wardrobes and cupboards, full length mirror and has twin beds. It has a direct access to the Master Bathroom.

Both bathrooms are of similar size and as previously stated consist of twin sink units, bath and shower, toilet and a bidet and has marble flooring through out.
